With 1 King bedroom with bathroom attached, 2 queen bedrooms, 1 double full bedroom with bathroom attached, and another double full bedroom. Your group will enjoy a spacious living area, a dining area with a full kitchen, in-unit washer & dryer, and also a great view from the upstairs balcony/patio. 

Stay busy having fun!! Guests who stay at "42" will have access to all of Victory Pointe Resort's amenities, including: lake/dock access, 2 outdoor pools, 1 indoor pool, a hot tub, outdoor grills, and firepits. Fifty percent (50.00 %) of the total booking charges will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 1 day prior to the arrival date of the reservation. For cancellations made within 1 day prior to the arrival date, no refund will be issued.
